#22 - What We Eat

Back to basics this week. What do we eat? Why? This is not a debate on if vegan or paleo is better, or advice on what you should eat. A bit of a day in the life of Chris and Neil.

Neil’s Not So Smoothie Recipe:

Dark leafy greens: spinach, kale, purple cabbage + maybe 25% rocket - 2 hand-fulls Cinnamon Protein Salt Avocado - 1 or 1/2 3-4 Brazil nuts (keep shelled in freezer) 200ml coconut milk

Blend for 1 min (thick)

1 hand full Almonds (soaked) Chlorella Spirulina

Blend for 10 secs

Cacao nibs 2tbs
Coconut flakes 2tbs

Eat with spoon
